Evaluation activities are important to think about throughout the life of an OER project as they allow grant holders project teams to monitor and refine the development of the project. Evaluation also allows reporting on the project impact, which will help project teams to engage others in better understanding the potential of the project for improving teaching and learning.
The CTLT Research and Evaluation team is offering a hands-on workshop to help you develop your evaluation framework. This workshop will cover questions, such as:
- What are appropriate goals for evaluation, and what approaches can achieve these?
- What claims can be made regarding the success of the project, and what evidence can back up these claims?
